Aolani Donegan
Currently a Senior Marketing Manager at SECU, Aolani has led, collaborated and successfully executed marketing, content and social media initiatives in the fields of healthcare, finance and TV/News. Her work improved brand awareness for companies, and helped inform and educate the public through digital channels. She loves sports and spending time with her two boys and their goldendoodle Blaze.

Ashton Smith
Ashton serves as Program Manager and Chief of Staff at ShareFile, and for 10 years prior to that, led sponsorship and brand engagement for Citrix. She served as Co-Chair of the Dix Park Community Committee from 2022-2024 and is a co-host of Podcast Raleigh.

Bearta Alchacar
Bearta is the Special Events Manager / Director at NC Vibes, which produces such events as Raleigh’s International Food Festival, and partners with organizations to produce TEDx Raleigh, International Women’s Day and the Naturalization Ceremony. She also serves as Chair of the American Cancer Society Board of Directors and served on the City of Raleigh’s Human Relations Commission.

Brett Johnson
Brett is a Senior Project Manager at Cushman & Wakefield. Originally from Pittsburgh, PA, Brett moved to Raleigh in 2016 for a role with The Preiss Company. Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Brett was a Project Manager at Foundry Commercial. Brett serves on the Planning Board for the Town of Fuquay-Varina and is the president-elect of the Developing Leaders Board for the NAIOP Raleigh-Durham chapter.

Chris Moutos
Chris Is responsible for real estate and risk management at the LM Restaurants, Inc., which owns and manages several restaurant brands including Carolina Ale House, Vidrio and Taverna Agora, as well as Birdie’s, a new restaurant on Fayetteville Street in downtown Raleigh. Chris chaired the City of Raleigh’s Human Relations Commission and currently serves on the Boards of the Raleigh Convention and Performing Arts Center Authority and Good Barrels of the Triangle.

Dan Clinton
Dan is the Senior Deal Desk Analyst at Vonage, which focuses on business communications. He joined the company in 2021 after a 12-year career with Bandwidth Inc. where he focused on financial operations. He was a top fundraiser while on the Advisory Board of the Holt Brothers Foundation.

Hannah Parker
Hannah currently serves as the Director of Volunteer and Community Engagement with United Way of the Greater Triangle, where she enjoys facilitating impactful collaborations between the public and private sectors. She has worked with local organizations such as Band Together, Artspace, Now Serving and Deep South Entertainment, and she loves creating experiences that are meaningful, memorable and a whole lotta fun.

Linda Shields
Linda founded “Speaking With Authority” in 1990, where she provides executive coaching / voice coaching services and keynote presentations. Honored as one of “50 Women to Know in North Carolina” and listed in “Marquis Who’s Who in America,” she’s also an Adjunct Professor of Communications at Meredith College.

Sean Maroney
Sean is the Marketing Strategist for the Town of Cary, leveraging his journalism and nonprofit leadership experience while pursuing his Certified Economic Developer (CEcD) designation. A regional Emmy Award winner, Sean anchored at Raleigh’s CBS station and was Voice of America’s bureau chief in Afghanistan. He later served as VP of Resource Development at Habitat for Humanity of Wake County before focusing on national affordable housing initiatives. Sean has served on the board at A Place at the Table and on Raleigh’s Human Relations Commission grants committee.

Suzanne Epps
Suzanne has 20+ years of marketing, management and leadership experience and currently serves as Director of Marketing & Growth at Optima Engineering. Prior to that, she served as Director of Marketing at Trademark Properties. She has served on the boards of Triangle CREW and the Holt Brothers Foundation.
